Philosophies of the Practice
Being able to live a life with habits that are sustainable are far and few in today’s society. With so many diet trends and glorification of food, it can become hard to focus on the bigger picture and balance the joys of life (ie: yummy baked goods/restaurant foods) with healthy eating. Tiffany preaches an “all foods fit” a healthy diet mentality so that you no longer have to be controlled by it (mentally/emotionally/socially). This is the end to the years of dieting and tracking that no longer serves you.

About Irini Kabitsis
Irini is a Registered Dietitian based in the Bay Area who is passionate about helping people make peace with food and their bodies. Her approach centers on Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size principles, empowering clients to cultivate healthier and joyful relationships with eating and movement. A Bay Area native, Irini grew up immersed in her local Greek dance community while also competing in jazz and tap. However, like many young people, she encountered diet culture pressures that led to disordered eating. Everything shifted when she discovered Intuitive Eating during her undergraduate studies, opening her eyes to a more compassionate, sustainable approach to nutrition and wellness. Irini earned her Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Fitness, and Health from Purdue University, followed by a Master's degree in Nutritional Science from San José State University, and completed her dietetic internship at El Camino Hospital and the Santa Clara County Senior Nutrition Program. Her experience working at an eating disorder treatment center, combined with her own struggles and witnessing loved ones face similar challenges, deepened her commitment to helping others break free from diet culture. When she's not working with clients, Irini enjoys traveling internationally, exploring new cuisines, hiking Bay Area trails, and practicing pottery.
