In order to reach and help a larger audience with their nutrition and health goals, Tiffany provides nutritional presentations and webinars for the general public. She had the pleasure to provide nutrition education to the staff of Girls Who Code located in New York City. She has also demonstrated nutritional sustainability and cooking demonstrations to the staff of Three Village Central School District located in Long Island, NY. Tiffany provided a 4 week remote class with 1:1 sessions to employees of Rochester City School District for Diabetes Prevention as well as an 8 week remote course with 1:1 sessions to employees of Isaac for general nutrition and wellness.

As important one on one nutrition counseling is to an individual’s health and diet, Tiffany strongly believes that corporate wellness can not only change the individuals’ lives, but also improve the performance of the companies they serve. Having employees who work as their best self, there are decreased expenses for days off due to medical visits, increased productivity, and a more likely chance they will enjoy their occupation to stay with the company. Nutrition education and knowledge for ALL is nothing but a win win situation.

Presentation Topics

  • Building Sustainability.

It’s not just about being able to achieve a health goal, but being able to sustain it for the long run that’s important. The sooner and longer you can build healthy lifestyle habits, the less you spend in medical bills, days off of work, and constant worry about your future health.

  • Sports Nutrition.

An athlete’s needs are even more important than general nutrition recommendations. Get down to the nitty gritty details of meeting protein requirements, hydration status and MORE to optimize performance and recovery.

  • Weight Loss.

Losing weight seems to be on most people’s minds nowadays. Do it in the healthiest way possible without the misinformation. Fad diets certainly won’t keep the weight off for long. Confide in a Registered Dietitian like me as your last “magic pill”!

  • Cooking tips and tricks.

It all starts in the kitchen…understand how to build easy and efficient cooking tricks to manage your time wearing the chef’s hat. Learn new healthy food swaps and recipes to rely on in a pinch. Finally, learn how to season your food so eating healthy doesn’t have to be BORING!
