I lost a significant amount of weight, I became more accepting of my body, I started drinking way more water, which solved many of my previous health problems, I started eating vegetables, which I never did throughout my life until I worked with Tiffany.

We set goals during each meeting that built on previous goals so that the goals would actually be doable. I went from drinking probably 1 cup of water a day to 8 cups consistently everyday.
