  • Online Programming $120/month

    For individuals generally familiar with gym equipment and exercises, Tiffany provides detailed exercise selection and progression to help build strength and muscle over 4 week block periods. She offers weekly video reviews and weekly adjustments to programming for added guidance.

  • In-Person Training

    For those in select NY/NJ area with access to home equipment or gyms in apartment complexes, Tiffany provides in-person guidance especially if you are unfamiliar with proper exercise form or simply need that extra level of accountability. Her 4 week program ($280 total [$70/hr]) includes 1 hour session per week OR 2x 30 minute sessions per week. Her 12 week program ($780 total [$65/hr]) includes 1 hour session per week. These programs are structured in blocks so that you can sustainably build the foundation for your fitness goals.

  • With Nutrition Counseling

    When purchasing a training package along with nutrition counseling, take 10% off of the total cost for self-pay clients or 10% off training alone for insurance based clients. Tiffany highly encourages a mix of both nutrition and training so that you can see progress both in and out of the gym/kitchen.
